With everything going on in the world due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the safety of fans and athletes should be the #1 priority of sports leagues around the world. As of 4 days ago, there are still 3 leagues playing worldwide. Australia, Belarus, and Singapore are all still playing games, with different restrictions in place.
Australia is currently playing games with no fans in attendance. Belarus has unknown restrictions on fans, and Singapore has unknown restrictions as well.
In my opinion, this is stupidity at its finest. As much as we all love sports and love the competition, there is no reason to put the lives of individuals in danger when these leagues can just suspend the matches until further notice and take the necessary precautions to make sure the virus does not spread.
