Last night, the Golden State Warriors proved one thing…it just doesn’t matter. No amount of pressure, no amount of defense, no amount of injuries are enough to keep this team from winning. It’s insane and a little disheartening to the average NBA fan, but it’s just plain and easy that we are witnessing greatness.

The Warriors defeated the Raptors last night 109-104 in Game 2 of the NBA Finals without Klay Thompson, Kevin Durant and Kevon Looney, who all missed some time due to injury. The way it looks right now, Looney and Thompson have a “chance” to play in Game 3 in the bay, while Durant might just miss time until game 4/5.

The warriors went on a 20-0 run last night, arguably the greatest run I’ve ever heard of, mainly because it stretched through multiple quarters.

Another amazing thought with this team is that they are just the greatest drafters of all time ever. Considering the fact that they drafted Draymond, Klay and Steph should put them in this conversation already, but when you look at some of the names that came and left it’s just unreal. Kevon Looney shouldn’t have fallen that far in 2015 with his play at UCLA, yet there he was. Two major names that aren’t even with the team anymore are Harrison Barnes and Festus Ezeli, both who went on to fail in “greener” pastures.

The Warriors also have an ability to make anyone a super star in the making. Quinn Cook has been playing his ass off, and guys like Shaun Livingston and Andre Iguodala, two very well known and respected players, have both given up other offers to remain on the winning team. IGGGGGGGGGY

Look, I like this Raptors team. The fact that Leonard can join a team that has been so close for so many years and then take them to the finals is unbelievable, as well as them taking game 1 in demanding fashion. But until the Warriors lose, I can’t even think about another NBA Champion at the moment. Also, I’m American. So go American team.
