The EPL has agreed to return to action on June 17th without fans in attendance. As excited as I am to see English soccer return, it is already certain that Liverpool will be crowned Premier League Champions, only needing two wins to claim the title.
The first full round of matches will take place the weekend of June 19th to June 21st. The first matches that will be played will be when Aston Villa take on Sheffield United and then Manchester City will take on Arsenal. There are 92 remaining fixtures and there are full intentions that all of those games will be played in order to complete the season. At this rate, it looks like the teams will be competing for who will win second place with Liverpool’s dominance at the top of the table.
