Good day friends,
I am writing to you today because it is a national holiday. Today is Star Wars day, and may the fourth be with you. Star Wars is among the absolute best movie series and entertainment series in the world. Without a doubt. If you haven’t watched Star Wars then please get your uncultured ass out of here. (Just kidding but if you haven’t, how have you not?)
For today, I’ve decided to make a ranking of my own to take after the Rank King himself. I thought about doing the movies, but there are so many other entities of Star Wars that I’m going to just rank my top 10 Star Wars entities instead of movies. So without further ado, here we go!
10. Star Wars: The Phantom Menace
I mean this movie was GREAT when I was a kid. It was a perfect introduction into the universe for me and I loved every second of it. Darth Maul was a BADASS and I remember running around my neighborhood with my friends playing fake Star Wars, and since my mom was a BOSS I had the fancy DUAL BLADED LIGHTSABER. Curls you rock.

9. Star Wars: Battlefront 2 (modern)
I hope you all have played this game, because it’s a true tribute to the Star Wars universe, giving you the ability to play as most of if not all of your favorite Star Wars characters. It’s also just downright fun to play 🙂
8. Star Wars: Attack of the Clones
This movie solidified my love for Star Wars, and expanded upon what the Phantom Menace brought into my life. Anakin Skywalker was an absolute unit, Obi Wan was my dad, it was a great time. (Shame the 2nd trilogy didn’t age well…)
7. Star Wars: Revenge of the Sith
I remember the day I saw this movie fondly. After a long day of IRL Star Wars playing, and a good hearty dinner and Olive Garden, Pops and Curls took myself and my buddies to the midnight premiere, and oh how glorious it was to be surrounded by a bunch of Star Wars fans all dressed up and excited for the movie. Seeing how Anakin became Darth Vader was a moment I’ll never forget. It’s also taught me that the high ground is always better.

6. Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order
I don’t think there is a better Star Wars game out there, between the gameplay, the feel of going on a rampage with a lightsaber, the music, the environments, everything just FELT like Star Wars. Oh and the final boss? Hell yeah, really puts the difference in power into perspective.
5. Star Wars: The Force Awakens
Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed this movie, it wasn’t as great as the original trilogy movies, but it was better than the 2nd trilogy. It was also just really nice for Star Wars to be back, y’know?
4. Star Wars: The Last Jedi
So this movie got some real bad reviews, but I honestly loved it. I thought it was great, the pace was good, the fight scenes incredible, the constant mental battle between Rey and Kylo. It was all fantastic in my book.

3. Star Wars: Rise of Skywalker
Again, same thing as TLJ, it got some REALLY bad reviews for some reason. I think it had some pacing issues and jumped around, but as a finale for the Skywalker saga, I thought it was fantastic. I won’t spoil it since it’s relatively new, but I HIGHLY suggest you give it a watch.
2. Star Wars: The Original Trilogy
I’m sorry, but I can’t pick any one of these over the other two. All three of them are absolutely fantastic. There is a reason they established Star Wars as one of the biggest franchises of all time.
FINALLY
1. Kylo Ren and Rey
I mean this is obvious. My puppy and cat are absolutely amazing and the best animals on Earth, and I’ll be honest, my naming of them panned out VERY well. Rey is an adorable angel, and Kylo is a little demon who has a very loving side.

Some honorable mentions and some things I think everyone should give a look if they are a fan of Star Wars are the remainder of the games, in addition to the comics, books and locations in Florida/California. Most of the Star Wars games are fun games to play, some are a bit on the rough side but overall fairly fun!
The comics and books really expand upon the universe, and fill in most if not all the answers for some burning questions you may have. Namely for me, the comics regarding Kylo Ren and how he became what he is. Those were awesome!
If you get the chance and happen to be going to Florida, DEFINITELY hit up the Disney Parks that have Star Wars attractions and characters. They were so awesome to see in real life. I can’t WAIT til October to go back down to Florida and finally go see Galaxy’s Edge, the videos I’ve watched of it make you feel like you’re literally in Star Wars. It’s amazing to see.
I hope you all have a great May 4th, and May the 4th be with you (except you Vo, you uncultured swine) :]
