Ladies and gentlemen, the 2021 NFL schedule has been released to the public.
Now naturally I’d wait for a little bit to analyze, but I am too excited to even think for a second. So I am going to give you all my predictions out of the gate on how each team will do, what their record will be, who will win what games, and who will lose what games. It is going to be a wild ride this season, so let’s not waste any time.
Arizona Cardinals (11-6)

Wins Against: 49ers, Bears, Browns, Colts, Cowboys, Jaguars, Lions, Panthers, Rams, Seahawks, Texans
Losses Against: 49ers, Packers, Rams, Seahawks, Titans, Vikings
The Arizona Cardinals have prepared this offseason in order to win now. Acquisitions of James Conner, A.J. Green, J.J. Watt, Rodney Hudson, and many others make me think this team has a shot to win their division this year, so that’s what we are going with here.
Atlanta Falcons (7-10)

Wins Against: Eagles, Giants, Jaguars, Jets, Lions, Panthers, Saints
Losses Against: 49ers, Bills, Buccaneers (Twice), Cowboys, Dolphins, Football Team, Panthers, Patriots, Saints
The Atlanta Falcons are a tricky one to predict. They will have a new coach, and general manager to deal with, and most likely Julio Jones will be moved elsewhere. So for now, I got to go with a record of 7-10, and see what we can do when the season starts.
Baltimore Ravens (10-7)

Wins Against: Bears, Bengals, Broncos, Browns, Chargers, Colts, Dolphins, Lions, Raiders, Vikings
Losses Against: Bengals, Browns, Chiefs, Packers, Rams, Steelers (Twice)
The Ravens needed to find Lamar some play makers so getting Sammy Watkins was a nice start, and they drafted Rashod Bateman and Tylan Wallace to boot. Their defense will hopefully get a boost, but I think a record of 11-6 is good to start off.
Buffalo Bills (12-5)

Wins Against: Dolphins (Twice), Falcons, Football Team, Jaguars, Jets (Twice), Panthers, Patriots, Saints, Texans, Titans
Losses Against: Buccaneers, Chiefs, Colts, Patriots, Steelers
The Bills will be a hot team to cheer on this year considering their rise to fame in the 2020 season. Their schedule will be a little bit trickier, but I am confident they will once again be the champions of their division.
Carolina Panthers (5-12)

Wins Against: Eagles, Falcons, Jets, Texans, Vikings
Losses Against: Bills, Buccaneers (Twice), Cardinals, Cowboys, Dolphins, Falcons, Football Team, Giants, Patriots, Saints (Twice)
The Panthers have a new quarterback in Sam Darnold, and he’ll probably be needed more as their schedule toughens up a bit. They’ll win less games this year, but I think the Panthers made the right choice settling for Sam Darnold.
Chicago Bears (7-10)

Wins Against: Bengals, Lions (Twice), Packers, Raiders, Rams, Vikings
Losses Against: 49ers, Browns, Buccaneers, Cardinals, Giants, Packers, Ravens, Seahawks, Steelers, Vikings
The Bears acquired two big picks in the draft with Justin Fields and Teven Jenkins. I am very excited to see how this team will do, but there are some big steps to do in order for that to happen. The Bears in my opinion will finish second place in their division behind the Packers, and hopefully they make the playoffs.
Cincinnati Bengals (6-11)

Wins Against: Broncos, Lions, Jaguars, Jets, Raiders, Ravens
Losses Against: 49ers, Bears, Browns (Twice), Chargers, Chiefs, Packers, Ravens, Steelers (Twice), Vikings
The Bengals made a choice. They opted for Ja’Marr Chase instead of Penei Sewell, and yes I am taking that into consideration because if Joe Burrow goes down again, Ryan Finley is not there to pick up the pieces. They will do better than last season, but ultimately they’ll finish last in the division yet again.
Cleveland Browns (10-7)

Wins Against: Bengals (Twice), Broncos, Chargers, Lions, Raiders, Ravens, Steelers, Texans, Vikings
Losses Against: Bears, Cardinals, Chiefs, Packers, Patriots, Ravens, Steelers
The Browns made it to the playoffs last year, and if they keep it up, they could end up there again in 2021. They developed a strict run down the throat offense that crucified teams to the point where they can’t get up. There’s a lot with the Browns now man? Will Odell be moved? How will JOK do on the defense? These questions and more should be answered this year.
Dallas Cowboys (9-8)

Wins Against: Broncos, Eagles, Falcons, Football Team, Giants, Panthers, Patriots, Raiders, Vikings
Losses Against: Buccaneers, Cardinals, Chargers, Chiefs, Eagles, Football Team, Giants, Saints
Dak and the Cowboys are back at it. The defense is still gonna be in question which is why I don’t believe they will win the division. Their schedule aside from their own division is a little hair raising to say the least. They’ll have an opportunity, but I believe they’ll fall behind the Washington Football Team.
Denver Broncos (4-13)

Wins Against: Chargers, Giants, Jets, Lions
Losses Against: Bengals, Browns, Chargers, Chiefs (Twice), Cowboys, Eagles, Football Team, Jaguars, Raiders (Twice), Ravens, Steelers,
The Broncos might be heading into the Aaron Rodgers sweepstakes, but for now I’ll assume Drew Lock is still in charge. The Broncos are in a weird vibe here as I don’t see them winning too many games. Their schedule like others got harder, and it just seems like they’ll fall in last place in their division.
Detroit Lions (3-14)

Wins Against: Eagles, Packers, Vikings
Losses Against: 49ers, Bears (Twice), Bengals, Broncos, Browns, Cardinals, Falcons, Packers, Rams, Ravens, Seahawks, Steelers, Vikings
The Lions are in a bad spot right now man. They virtually have the worst offense in the NFL. Their receiving core is pure garbage, and their best weapons are likely running back D’Andre Swift and tight end T.J. Hockenson. Jared Goff is at quarterback, and this team will likely be one of the worst in the league.
Green Bay Packers (13-4)

Wins Against: 49ers, Bears, Bengals, Browns, Cardinals, Chiefs, Football Team, Lions, Saints, Seahawks, Steelers, Vikings (Twice)
Losses Against: Bears, Lions, Rams, Ravens
I am rolling with the fact that Aaron will still be the Packers’ quarterback. The Packers should have one more opportunity to make it to the promise land. Hopefully, they will figure out this Aaron mess because like I said Aaron might be done in Green Bay, but if he isn’t this is definitely their last shot with him.
Houston Texans (1-16)

Wins Against: Jaguars
Losses Against: 49ers, Bills, Browns, Buccaneers, Cardinals, Chargers, Colts (Twice), Cowboys, Dolphins, Jaguars, Jets, Rams, Seahawks, Titans (Twice)
This will be last year’s Jacksonville Jaguars. The Texans will be moving Watson, Tyrod Taylor is the starting quarterback, and overall their team is hot garbage. I expect them to only win one game.
Indianapolis Colts (11-6)

Wins Against: Buccaneers, Bills, Dolphins, Jaguars (Twice), Jets, Raiders, Seahawks, Texans (Twice), Titans
Losses Against: 49ers, Cardinals, Patriots, Rams, Ravens, Titans
The Colts find themselves with Carson Wentz at the helm, and honestly they have a real shot at winning their division with teams like the Texans and Jaguars likely giving up both games to them. Wentz will be much better this season with a better roster of players, and a he will also have a much better offensive line to work with.
Jacksonville Jaguars (4-13)

Wins Against: Broncos, Jets, Texans, Titans
Losses Against: 49ers, Bengals, Bills, Cardinals, Colts, Dolphins, Falcons, Patriots, Rams, Seahawks, Texans, Titans
Jacksonville has Trevor Lawrence, and man is it gonna suck when he has to lose the first football game of his professional career as a Jaguar. Things are gonna get weird in Jacksonville with Urban Meyer coaching, but they’ll do decently better, and it will be entertaining as all hell.
Kansas City Chiefs (14-3)

Wins Against: 49ers, Bengals, Bills, Broncos (Twice), Browns, Cardinals, Chargers, Cowboys, Football Team, Giants, Raiders, Ravens, Steelers
Losses Against: Chargers, Packers, Raiders,
The Chiefs off a very disappointing Super Bowl performance will look to make it into the big stage yet again, and why not? They improved their old offensive line and made it younger and stronger. Overall, the Chiefs didn’t need to do too much, but overall they look stunning once again.
Los Angeles Chargers (8-9)

Wins Against: Bengals, Broncos, Chiefs, Cowboys, Eagles, Giants, Raiders, Texans
Losses Against: Broncos, Browns, Chiefs, Football Team, Patriots, Raiders, Ravens, Steelers, Vikings
The Chargers showed some real promise last season with Justin Herbert slinging the ball up and down the field. While I don’t think they’ll win their division, they will come in second which is a big step getting one up on the Broncos and the Raiders. Drafting Rashawn Slater was the key to making sure this could happen.
Los Angeles Rams (10-7)

Wins Against: Buccaneers, Cardinals, Colts, Giants, Jaguars, Lions, Packers, Ravens, Texans, Vikings
Losses Against: 49ers (Twice), Bears, Seahawks (Twice), Titans
The Rams now have Matt Stafford as their quarterback, and with him they might actually have a good shot at making it back to the Super Bowl. The problem was with Goff and his inconsistency. Stafford carries some baggage of his own, but it should be something the Rams can handle.
Las Vegas Raiders (7-10)

Wins Against: Broncos (Twice), Chargers, Chiefs, Eagles, Giants, Steelers
Losses Against: Bears, Bengals, Browns, Chargers, Chiefs, Colts, Cowboys, Dolphins, Football Team, Ravens
The Raiders didn’t have the brightest 2020 season in a new home and new stadium. I don’t believe 2021 will be any easier for them. Their schedule is harder, and their offensive line is much weaker. Carr will be in for the fight of his life this season man.
Miami Dolphins (9-8)

Wins Against: Falcons, Giants, Jaguars, Jets, Panthers, Patriots, Raiders, Texans, Titans
Losses Against: Bills (Twice), Buccaneers, Colts, Jets, Patriots, Ravens, Saints
The Dolphins are going to finish above .500 in this, but the shame is they will still finish third in the division. With the addition of Jaylen Waddle in the draft, and Will Fuller in free agency, this offense is gonna run a little bit different, but the Dolphins have been building to this moment of recognition.
Minnesota Vikings (6-11)

Wins Against: Bears, Bengals, Cardinals, Chargers, Lions, Steelers
Losses Against: 49ers, Bears, Browns, Cowboys, Lions, Packers (Twice), Panthers, Rams, Ravens, Seahawks
The Vikings are most likely in the last year of their Kirk Cousins debacle. With newly added quarterback Kellen Mond, we will see if that makes Cousins a little angry enough to prove something, but honestly I doubt it. The Vikings will finish below .500 and in third place in their division.
New England Patriots (11-6)

Wins Against: Bills, Browns, Chargers, Colts, Dolphins, Falcons, Jaguars, Jets (Twice), Panthers, Texans
Losses Against: Bills, Buccaneers, Cowboys, Dolphins, Saints, Titans
The Patriots are really gonna do it again huh? Call me crazy, but with an incredible free agency period, the drafting of Mac Jones and Christian Barmore, and the realization that the Patriots will play Tom Brady this season. Plus, they are in my best interest to get Julio Jones. Overall, the Patriots have a major upgrade, but they will come second in the division.
New Orleans Saints (12-5)

Wins Against: Buccaneers, Cowboys, Dolphins, Eagles, Falcons, Football Team, Giants, Jets, Panthers (Twice), Patriots, Titans
Losses Against: Bills, Buccaneers, Falcons, Packers, Seahawks
The Saints are gonna be a weird team to look at and analyze without Drew Brees at quarterback, but the combination of Taysom Hill and Jameis Winston should prove that the Saints will not go bad, but instead will adapt and thrive in a new situation. They’ll bring great things including being second in their division.
New York Giants (5-12)

Wins Against: Bears, Cowboys, Football Team (Twice), Panthers
Losses Against: Broncos, Buccaneers, Chargers, Chiefs, Cowboys, Dolphins, Eagles (Twice), Falcons, Raiders, Rams, Saints
The Giants are in for a rough one here. Daniel Jones was given the keys to succeed with the signings of Kenny Golladay and Kyle Rudolph. They also drafted stars like Kadarius Toney and Azeez Ojulari. However, their schedule might cause some slight growing pains.
New York Jets (3-14)

Wins Against: Dolphins, Eagles, Texans
Losses Against: Bengals, Bills (Twice), Broncos, Buccaneers, Colts, Dolphins, Falcons, Jaguars, Panthers, Patriots (Twice), Saints, Titans
Both New York teams are in for a rough showing as I see the Jets only winning one more game this season than they did last season. It will be a rebuild season once again for the Jets, and now we will see if Zach Wilson is truly their guy.
Philadelphia Eagles (4-13)

Wins Against: Broncos, Cowboys, Giants (Twice)
Losses Against: 49ers, Broncos, Buccaneers, Chargers, Chiefs, Cowboys, Falcons, Football Team (Twice), Lions, Panthers, Raiders, Saints
The Eagles have been a total dumpster fire this off-season, but they did acquire DeVonta Smith to help with the offense. I believe some questions on coaching are gonna come into this making them be not one of the most successful teams this year.
Pittsburgh Steelers (11-6)

Wins Against: Bears, Bengals (Twice), Bills, Broncos, Browns, Chargers, Lions, Ravens (Twice), Titans
Losses Against: Browns, Chiefs, Packers, Raiders, Seahawks, Vikings
The Steelers are in a good spot to succeed despite all the hatred coming at them. They have a hard schedule this year but their defense is coming back healthy and they have an awesome run game now to boot with Harris. They will win their division yet again.
San Francisco 49ers (12-5)

Wins Against: Bears, Bengals, Cardinals, Colts, Eagles, Falcons, Jaguars, Lions, Seahawks, Texans, Titans, Vikings
Losses Against: Cardinals, Packers, Rams (Twice), Seahawks
The 49ers should be the team that makes a huge comeback this season. Their team was decimated by injuries including Jimmy G and a majority of their defense. Now they will be all back, and they Trey Lance in their pocket to throw maybe halfway through the year as well!
Seattle Seahawks (10-7)

Wins Against: 49ers, Bears, Cardinals, Jaguars, Lions Rams (Twice), Saints, Texans, Vikings
Losses Against: 49ers, Cardinals, Colts, Football Team, Packers, Steelers, Titans
The Seahawks didn’t have the most successful draft or offseason and they are in by far the hardest division. Still I think they make a strong run and finish with a decent 10-7 record.
Tamp Bay Buccaneers (13-4)

Wins Against: Bears, Bills, Cowboys, Dolphins, Eagles, Falcons, Giants, Jets, Panthers (Twice), Patriots, Saints, Texans
Losses Against: Colts, Football Team, Rams, Saints
Tampa Bay regained everything they would have lost and have the easiest schedule by far. They will dominate and make their way back into the playoffs to compete for another Super Bowl.
Tennessee Titans (10-7)

Wins Against: Cardinals, Colts, Jaguars (Twice), Jets, Patriots, Rams, Seahawks, Texans (Twice)
Losses Against: 49ers, Bills, Chiefs, Colts, Dolphins, Saints, Steelers
The Titans fell off in a good spot last year, but they have a chance to make things right this season. They’ll be competing with the Colts every step of the way, and they could possibly end up in the playoffs or as a wild card.
Washington Football Team (10-7)

Wins Against: Broncos, Buccaneers, Chargers, Cowboys, Eagles (Twice), Falcons, Panthers, Raiders, Seahawks
Losses Against: Bills, Chiefs, Cowboys, Giants (Twice), Packers, Saints
The Washington Football Team won the division last year, and I am betting that they do it again. Their defense only got better, and now they add an experienced quarterback in Ryan Fitzpatrick. Good things will come to the Football Team once again.
