Beyond the Arc

Mac McClung has been a highly sought after talent since he went viral for being a young white kid who could do amazing dunks in high school. Here’s some proof.
He recently declared for the NBA draft. Which is the absolute perfect time and here’s why. He’s averaged 14.4 PPG, 2.2 APG, 2.8 RPG and 1.2 SPG. Those aren’t stellar numbers but his athleticism will carry most of the weight of his draft value.
Georgetown as a program is in a drastic decline. It’s smarter for him to get out now before their misery effects his draft value.
In the NBA over the NCAA he would obviously do one thing he can’t. Get paid. As a 21 year old, go get that cash son! It’s better to go for the league while you know you can than run the risk of getting hurt before you even get there.
Finally, I just think he’s ready. The kid has loads of talent and may not fit the bill being a 6’2 185 lb guard, but his grit, toughness, and athleticism will serve him well. I can’t wait to see what he’s able to do in the league. You should be excited too. Good luck Mac McClung!
